Sample from the vineyard, new Chardonnay blocks and Verdelho. Take fruit from each bloks evenly. Crush and get juice. And then check sugar level. It is not too far now 🙂

Cellar Door will be open on the weekend rest of this month. Same as usual, this weekend, also Boxing day and next Sunday. 19th, 20th, 26th and 27th. 10 am to 4 pm. If you need wine, but can not make to the cellar door, please email to contact . I can arrange to deliver.
